Tom is a graduate of the Ohio State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. He joined Woolpert shortly after graduating in 1997 and has held a variety of positions throughout his career including geodetic/GPS crew chief, field team coordinator, project manager, group leader, program director and currently serves as the firm's practice leader for Aviation Geospatial services. Tom has worked extensively with the FAA in numerous NextGen/NavLean initiatives including the LPV Approach Procedure Modernization program for airports and heliports, Airports GIS program, UAS implementation for FAA Facilities and NAS Obstacle modernization.
