Lance Mitchell is a successful leader focused on delivering business results, driving company growth, and creating a high-performance culture. Since 2011, Mitchell has served as President and CEO of Reynolds Consumer Products (RCP). Reynolds operates multiple plant, warehouse, and sales operations throughout the U.S. and Canada, and employs 5,000. The company’s iconic household brands include Reynolds Wrap® foil, Hefty® trash bags, and Alcan® foil, Canada’s top foil brand. From 2006-2011, Mitchell served as President of Alcoa Closures Systems International. Alcoa CSI is the leading global supplier of plastic and aluminum closures and packaging equipment to the food and beverage industry. Earlier experiences include operations, marketing, and sales roles with PolyOne Corporation, BFGoodrich, Avery Dennison, and Owens Corning. Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business in 1981 from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
