Stacey is the Director of Safety for Dot Foods, Inc. She has a Bachelors in Kinesiology degree from Western Illinois University and a Masters in Business degree from William Woods University. She has 10 years of experience in the field of occupational health and safety. Some of her most recognizable accomplishments at Dot Foods include: developing an occupational health trainer program that has expanded to multiple locations, moving the culture from a lagging indicators safety program to a leading indicators safety program, and leading the charge to reducing the safety frequency of the warehouse each year for the last 3 years.
