Maria Warren, Vice President, joined McBee in 2010 and leads the Advisory and Clinical Consulting teams across the McBee care continuum. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the healthcare industry to guide our clients in improving clinical outcomes, increasing cash flow, and developing best practice operations. Her areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions advisory services, revenue cycle and operational re-design and strategy, EMR feature functionality reviews, and clinical compliance support. She is a member of the HHFMA Advisory Board and Work Group, and co-chairs the Business Innovations and Young Professionals committees.
