Tarrah Lowry is the Chief Operating Officer at Empath Health, spearheading operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the organization. With a strong background in healthcare leadership, Tarrah assumed the role of President of Trustbridge following its affiliation with Empath in 2024 before hiring her replacement. Tarrah’s journey at Trustbridge began in 2021 when she joined as Chief Operating Officer, bringing over a decade of progressive leadership experience in healthcare. In addition to her roles at Empath Health and Trustbridge, Tarrah is a board member of the newly formed National Alliance for Care at Home, where she contributes her expertise to advance the organization's mission. Empath Health's business lines include hospice, home health, physician practices, PACE programs, and managed care programs, reflecting the organization's comprehensive approach to full life care. Outside of her professional endeavors, Tarrah enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in outdoor activities. Her passion for healthcare and unwavering commitment to improving patient outcomes make her an invaluable asset to Empath Health. Her dedication to advancing healthcare, particularly in the hospice and palliative care sectors, is evident in her strategic leadership and commitment to operational excellence. Throughout her career, Tarrah has actively contributed to the healthcare community on local, state, and national levels. She has served on prominent boards such as the National Association of Home Care and Hospice, the Florida Hospice & Palliative Care Association, and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, further enhancing her impact and influence in the field. Prior to her tenure at Empath, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Sangre de Cristo Community Care in Colorado, showcasing her expertise in hospice and palliative care.
