BAYADA Home Health Care’s Director of Clinical Strategy and Innovation, Anthony (Tony) D’Alonzo works with BAYADA's leadership team to design and implement care delivery strategies for accountable care organizations, bundled payment providers, hospital systems, and health plans. Tony maintains current knowledge regarding changing healthcare payment and delivery models, including value-based reimbursement, risk-sharing arrangements, and population health trends. In addition to his primary role, he provides support for reporting capabilities and data analysis, and also serves on strategic initiative teams focused on outcome measurement, electronic information exchange, and integrated care models. Tony joined BAYADA in 2010 and has held multiple leadership roles since that time. Additionally, Tony is a licensed physical therapist and serves as an adjunct professor for the physical therapy department at Arcadia University. He is a father of two and enjoys mowing the lawn in the summer months.
