Vince Simpson presently services as a Vice President with Booz Allen Hamilton. He is a leader in the Army C4ISR market working mainly in the R&D centers for the developed of Army Intel capabilities. Vince’s team provides prototype development; test and acquisition support for the concept analysis and product development for advanced SIGINT, Electronic Attack, Force Protection, Information Operations, Cyber capabilities and PNT. Vince is leading the Army Engineering and Science Functional Management Team. He is also the Location General Manager for Aberdeen Office. Vince joined Booz Allen in April 2003 as an Associate. He was initially a developer providing technical direction on prototype SIGINT and Electronic Attack systems such as Stargrazer, Sandpiper, Electra and Riddler. Vince was the Project Manager for a number of large IDIQ contracts such as TESS and TIES. Vince managed an internal investment portfolio that included the operation of commercial grade cellular equipment being used for product development and testing. Prior to joining the Firm, Vince spent a number of years in the telecommunication industry as a Project Manager with TYCO Corporation. Vince was also a DoD Civilian for 14 years working for US ARMY CERDEC in various R&D and program management roles. His final position was a Branch Chief managing Cyber Operations Advanced Technology Demonstration.
