Michael retired from the FLRA in 2018, where he was the ADR Director, ULP Settlement Official, and EEO Director. Previously, Michael was counsel to the National Mediation Board; Assoc. Dir. of former Sec. of Labor W.J. Usery's Center for the Workplace; FMCS Federal Mediator, department director, and Special Assistant to the FMCS Director; in-house counsel to NTEU; and a Congressional staffer.
