Martijn has 20 years of work experience in medium-sized F&B departments (20 to 120 employees). In those years, he gathered 18 years of management experience operating in 5 star deluxe hotels, major venues such as football stadium and in theme parks. Martijn is at his best when it is crowded and when the heat is on! In all his jobs the days were never the same and he asks a lot of himself to achieve the best. He is most proud of achieving the award "most friendly staff in football stadiums in the Netherlands". Martijn has an extensive interest in hospitality which he likes to combine with travel and photography. In addition, applying structure, implementation and development is what he likes.
