Walter F. Ulmer III, MBCP, is a retired Army officer who spent the bulk of his Army career developing training and exercise programs. Over the past 15+ years, he has developed preparedness programs for commercial office buildings and conducted training nationally and internationally including drills, presentations, tabletop exercises and live simulation drills. Considered a thought leader in commercial office building preparedness, Mr. Ulmer was the BOMA/NY 2010 Member of the Year.
