Michelle German has over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate operations, sustainability, and property management. She oversees portfolio operations and sustainability strategy across LBA’s national portfolio, focusing on operational excellence, process optimization, technology integration, and energy initiatives including solar, battery storage, smart building technologies, and regulatory compliance. Under her leadership, LBA has earned numerous local, regional, and national sustainability certifications and awards. She is a long-standing member of BOMA Orange County, where she previously held leadership roles and was recognized as Principal Member of the Year. She was named to the Environment+Energy Leader 100 and holds the LEED Green Associate credential. Michelle also serves on the LBA Foundation Committee and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies.
