Judy is a General Manager with Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado and manages 1670 Broadway, a 36 story, LEED-Gold certified high-rise office tower in Denver’s Central Business District. She possesses thirty years of experience in managing commercial real estate both in suburban and downtown office markets with responsibilities that include capital project and general construction management.
She has a BA in Management, is a graduate of the Denver Paralegal Institute, holds an RPA designation and is an RPA-HP candidate. She is also a licensed Colorado Broker.
Judy served as President of Denver Metro BOMA in 2005 and is a 2017 Director. She is a BOMA International Fellow.
