With close to 40 years of EMS and Fire service, I am currently serving as the EMS Training Supervisor in the Training Division at Hanover Fire-EMS. Hanover Fire-EMS is a combination department consisting of 300+ career and volunteer personnel. In this role, I deal with “All things EMS” including our accredited courses from EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic. I am also Faculty with the American Heart Association and National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians which includes coordinating and mentoring our courses and instructors. Review and Implementing Specialized EMS training and assisting in the Field Training Officer program at Hanover Fire-EMS. An Adjunct with the Department of Fire Programs and have several Train-the-Trainer certificates to include Fire, Instructor, Officer, and Driver Pumper/Aerial Operator courses. Provided courses and lectures within the state, at different regional schools and at FDIC in 2024.
