As Project Manager of Energy, Stefanie Pesek oversees the installation, operation and ongoing development of all EMS equipment at Ulta’s 1,100 store locations. She is responsible for the creation and implementation of project-based initiatives that will reduce the company’s annual energy spend year over year as well as optimize the operation of both the mechanical and EMS equipment - which includes initiatives like proactive HVAC replacement, outlier, and unoccupied usage programs. Stefanie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Western Illinois University and has eleven years of experience in energy management and facilities maintenance.
