Leonid Rabinovich

Dr. Leonid Rabinovich is the Executive Director of the Department of Instructional Technology for Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS). He oversees the implementation of major district initiatives for blended and online learning. Prior to joining M-DPCS, Dr. Rabinovich served as an Assistant Professor in the Graduate Program for Educational Technology at New Jersey City University (NJCU). From 2007 to 2014, he coordinated Instructional Technology Professional Development for Broward County Public Schools. For the last ten years, he has been actively involved in implementing enterprise online training and webinars for district and schools staff, as well as delivering workshops on the effective use of eLearning solutions in education. He holds a Master of Arts degree from the Moscow State Conservatory and a Ph.D. in Leadership in Education, with a specialization in Instructional Technology from Barry University, Miami, Florida.
