Cliff Lloyd is the Chief Information Officer with the TN Department of Education. Australian by birth, Cliff moved to the United States ten years ago to lead education product development efforts with Microsoft in Seattle. For the past three years Cliff ran big data and predictive analytics strategies for retail giant Walmart. Cliff is a passionate believer in the power of technology to transform student learning outcomes in TN. He and his team are pioneering some major initiatives around connecting students to data-driven education 24x7.
