Dr. Ginger Christian is the principal at Anderson Elementary School in Bristol, TN and has served in a variety of educational settings that focus on improving resources for students in Title 1 settings. Originally a special education teacher, she has worked as a counselor, grant writer, and school administrator both in TN and GA. Additionally, Ginger has served through international missions to improve the quality of education for children in Nigeria and the Dominican Republic. She served as the co-developer for an online Masters in Teacher Leadership at ETSU and has led personalized and blended learning in the high school and elementary settings. She specializes in the effective use of learning management systems that provide educators, students, and parents a unique support to 24/7 instructional options. She understands every child can reach his or her full potential and believes collaboration is the fuel for innovation to occur.
