Dr. Ford has been educating students in Southwest Missouri for the past 26 years. Dr. Ford has researched and implemented professional development training for the district staff that has encouraged professional growth. He enjoys collaborating with teachers, administrators, and the board of education to achieve common goals that focused on student achievement. One of his greatest passions has been incorporating technology into the lives of students throughout the school district. He has been involved with flipping the culture of teaching and learning with the use of technology in small rural school districts throughout his career. Under his leadership, the Fordland School District has been featured in articles by the Future Ready Schools and Education Week.
