PJ Duncan spent fifteen years working in Florida science and math classrooms before joining the Department of Education in 2016 as the Secondary Science Specialist and is currently the Director of Science and Math. She is also a past recipient of the Teacher of the Year award for Taylor County Schools. Her passion is student success in STEM as she knows that means an increased probability of student success in life.
