A transformational people-first leader known for her commitment to employees’ professional growth and personal well-being, Joanna Clark is senior vice president, and Talent Acquisition leader for Talent Acquisition Strategy and Transformation at Wells Fargo & Company. Prior to her current role, she was the Head of International Talent Acquisition for more than 20,000 hires annually. Before joining Wells Fargo more than a decade ago, she began her career at AT&T and held numerous talent acquisition roles within the AT&T family of companies, including Chief of Staff and Associate Director of U.S. University Relations. Her passion for helping others extends beyond the workplace and into her community, where she is an executive board member and former board chair for the San Diego LGBT Community Center, one of the largest centers in the country promoting the health and wellness of the LGBTQ community.
