Ron Dressler has served as director of the Utah Labor Commission’s Division of Industrial Accidents since February 2010. Mr. Dressler is also the administrator of the state’s Uninsured Employers’ Fund and the Employers’ Reinsurance Fund. Before becoming director Mr. Dressler served as deputy director since June of 2008 where he was directly responsible for oversight of the Compliance Section of the division, as well as the division’s general administrative functions. Prior to Mr. Dressler’s involvement with the Utah Labor Commission, he and his family lived in Ohio where he worked as an attorney in private practice at the firm of Skidmore and Hall. Mr. Dressler received his J.D. degree from Regent University in Virginia in 1996. He is a member of the Ohio and Utah Bar Associations.
