Nancy Kelly, RN, MSN, COHN-S/CM, is a Nurse Case Manager who does Medical Management for Averitt Express. Nancy has been a registered nurse for 34 years with experience in the hospital setting (surgery, recovery, emergency room) and occupational medicine. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences in Memphis, TN and received her Masters of Nursing Science degree at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She has been a certified member of the American Board of Occupational Health Nurses since 2003 and received Case Management certification in 2006. Nancy has worked in occupational nursing for the past 25 years. Prior to working in transportation, her experience was in the manufacturing setting with a focus on employee health and occupational wellness. Working with Averitt since 2009, the opportunity of helping associates return to work has been a challenging but fulfilling role for Nancy. Partnering with Vocworks has brought innovative solutions to the case by case challenges of return to work.
