Zishan is the leader of the commercial and operations team at Mega Adventure Park Singapore and is a new member to the Attractions’ Industry. With 13 years of experience in the Singapore Armed Forces, he provides the strategic input for the business and has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of training, safety, risk management and business continuity planning. In his first year at Mega Adventure, Zishan lead the park to its best ever performance in terms of throughput of visitors, profitability, customer experience ratings on Trip Advisor and safety audit results. Qualified as an Aeronautical Engineer and Pilot, Zishan leveraged on his experiences in the military to develop a robust safety system at Mega Adventure which utilizes mix of technology and specialized staff training techniques to ensure the highest standards of safety are maintained at all times. When he is not at the park, Zishan is an avid traveller who loves to explore new places and experiences in search for inspiration and ideas.
