Camlin McGowan is the Vice President, HR User Experience at American Express. Her principal areas of accountability are employee experience strategy and design, operational excellence, and project/portfolio management; to ensure a single, optimized HR servicing experience for all employees globally. Camlin has been with American Express since 2003. Previously she worked on digital servicing, specifically developing the engagement strategy aimed at connecting new and existing external customers with channels designed to provide an end-to-end experience. Prior to that she held a variety of project management roles in strategic planning, servicing and technology operations. In her spare time Camlin volunteers as a Big Sister. She also loves to read about interesting people and travel to faraway places to experience how they live. Camlin holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and French-Linguistics and a Master's in Business Administration.
