As a strategic leader with vast experience across disciplines and geographies, Mike Oldham currently serves as the Senior Director of McDonald’s Corporation’s Global Business Services People/HR Service Delivery team. In this role, Mike is responsible for several HR operations areas including Benefits Administration, Mobility Services, HR Consulting and Employment Records Compliance. Since joining McDonald’s in 2004 as an Operations Training Consultant, Oldham has held a variety of roles across functions. Mike never let opportunities like leading organizational change for the U.S. business or leading brand strategy for Latin America slip by as he is always looking for a challenge that allows him to lead at a higher level as well as an opportunity to learn. Oldham received his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and has his undergraduate business degree from Loyola University Chicago.
