Jessica Lee is the Vice President of Global Performance & Talent Advisory at Marriott International, the world’s largest and favorite hotel company. She leads an internal strategy and performance consulting team who deliver human capital and talent solutions that fuel business performance. Her team’s work is based on the belief that talent is key to driving business outcomes and impact, and that there are always opportunities for individuals to level up, grow and evolve in order to both achieve on behalf of the business and to fulfill oneself personally. Said simply, when talent can reach their full potential, so too can the business. Jessica has 20 years of in-the-trenches HR experience that ranges from small companies to the public sector and presently a Fortune 500 company. She has touched nearly every HR function in her experience from talent acquisition to employer brand, benefits to employee relations and more. She’s a true HR generalist at heart although these days she’s hyperfocused on driving business performance through talent development. She can be found pondering the world of work and HR with her friends Kris Dunn and Tim Sackett through the podcast, HR Famous. She herself is formerly HR famous as former editor and blogger #2 at Fistful of Talent. She’s presented, chaired and served on panels at many HR and recruiting conferences in her career, and has been called upon and quoted on workforce and HR matters by media outlets ranging from the New York Post and US News & World Report to Mashable and Glamour US + UK.
