Jacqueline Loeb
Co-Founder
Scouted

Jacqueline is the Co-Founder and CEO of Scouted, a job matching platform that helps companies screen and sort candidates using data science and predictive analytics. Scouted replaces the “quick resume glance” with technology that evaluates candidates on the metrics that really matter for long-term success, such as EQ and grit, on top of traditional indicators like GPA and college. Previously, Jacqueline worked at Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund, where she held a variety of roles focused on talent management, operations management and business strategy. She was also responsible for managing the campus recruitment process for the Investment Associates Program. With her co-founder, Robin Levine, she ran one of BW’s core talent pipelines and together they have reviewed over 100,000 candidates from interns to executives. Jacqueline received her Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College in Economics and Engineering Sciences.
