He has held this position for the last six years and has spent 30 years working across P&G including global categories, regions and global functional operations. Rich has also led multiple enterprise-wide efforts for P&G including M&A and corporate restructurings. He is currently the executive sponsor of the P&G On Demand Talent initiative. Rich is a Cincinnati native.
