Jill Larsen is Senior Vice President, HR & Talent at Cisco. She globally leads both Cisco’s Talent Acquisition function and HR for Cisco’s Services organization. Her team creates next-gen talent insights for Cisco and is spearheading the roll-out of Cisco’s Talent Cloud ecosystem. Jill is a visionary and change agent with extensive experience establishing and transforming HR functions. As a collaborative leader, Jill believes that disruptive, technology-driven programs are the foundation of HR strategy and overall business growth. She is passionate about building amazing teams and fostering strong relationships among key stakeholders. Jill holds a double bachelor’s degree in communications and English from Boston College and a master’s degree in HR management from Emmanuel College. In addition to her role at Cisco, Jill also sits on the board of Montage, a purpose-built video and voice interview technology provider serving Global 5000 clients. Jill lives in Massachusetts with her husband, twin sons, and three dogs.
