Giancarlo Palà is the Head of HRIS for Nestle in North America., one of the most well-known Consumer Packaged Goods companies in the world, with over 350000 Employees worldwide / 51’000 in North America. Giancarlo is responsible for all HR Solutions and Technology for Nestlé’s many businesses in North America, including Nestle Waters, Nespresso, Purina and Nestle USA / Canada. With his collaborative and transformative leadership approach, he is creating synergies by centralizing service delivery, focusing on improving customer service and driving key global initiatives. As part of Nestlé’s group-wide HR Transformation Program, Giancarlo recently took on a global transformation role . Giancarlo holds an MBA from the University of Zurich, Switzerland with a concentration on Marketing and HR and a Bachelor degree in Economics. He is also a board member and treasurer of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce in Los Angeles.
