Mai Ton, VP of HR at OneLogin, is leading the charge to scale OneLogin’s long term growth with a focus on the people challenges of a fast paced, dynamic, technology organization. She brings over 15 years of experience to her role and sets the people strategy to make organizations successful. By instituting the programs and cultural framework for unleashing the full potential of employees, she drives long-term development, while working hard to make companies great places to work. Before OneLogin, Mai spent six years at rapidly growing technology companies. She has built and developed the entire spectrum of HR programs, and teams. She delivered 100 percent year-over-year headcount growth with less than 10% turnover at Trulia and similarly at RichRelevance. She has international M&A experience, as well as IPO experience. Previously, she held HR leadership positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Law Firm of Stein & Lubin LLP. Mai received her BA in Sociology from the University of Texas, Austin. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and 9 year old daughter.
