Lloyd Wilky is the Director of HR Operations for Amazon, he leads most HR shared service processes for over 230,000 employees in the region. His charter extends well beyond just lowering the cost of HR delivery, creating capacity in the rest of the organization, and enabling Amazon’s explosive growth. Lloyd is also focused on improving process quality and delivering an Amazon-like employee experience. Prior to Amazon, he held executive roles leading global business processes, transactions, and services to support HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT at Honeywell, Merck and Tyco. Under his leadership, he consistently produced significant cost reductions while simultaneously improving process performance and customer satisfaction. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Specialization from Arizona State University. Wilky is also a CMA and a member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants.
