In this role, Mike is responsible HR Technology, system-wide HRIS and Analytics. Additionally, he is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of the Caesars Employee Health and Welfare plan across the U.S. as well as, leading the company’s award winning wellness program umbrella. HR Policy and Employee Relations across the corporate employee groups also rest under his umbrella. Over his 14 years with the Company, Mike has held roles in IT program management and Leadership of the IT Services organization. Currently, Mike is leading the transformation of the HR Services technology platform from a 35 year legacy platform to Oracle HCM/Taleo suite of cloud based services. Previously to joining Caesars in 2003, Mike spent 13 years with Federal Express in roles ranging from International Finance to Director of Global Automated products. Mike’s unusual path to Human Resources affords him a broad business perspective as well as uniquely positions him to navigate the complexities of the long awaited transformation within the function. Mike attended Christian Brothers University, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
