Tracy Martin, Vice President of Oracle HCM Cloud Strategy for Oracle has more than 20 years of leadership experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and the human resources management systems (HRMS) industry. While at Oracle, Tracy was the leader in charge to run PeopleSoft HCM Strategy for several years until her move to HCM Cloud Strategy. Tracy is responsible for the vision and direction of Oracle’s Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and working with customers to develop their journey to the Cloud. Ms. Martin has authored many thought leadership articles published in major HR trade publications and frequently speaks at U.S. and International conferences on topics such as the changing role of HR, global technologies in HCM practices and improving organizational performance with effective HCM strategies. Ms. Martin holds a PHR certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and she received her MBA in Business Administration with an emphasis in HR from Golden Gate University.
