Elaine Mamola, APDH, founded Smiles by Delivery in 2012, a house-call comprehensive dental practice that provides on-site dental care to home bound seniors and Veterans. In 2017, Elaine founded a non-profit, Healthy Senior Smiles, to help provide resources for the senior population, such as caregiver training in oral health care and referrals to alliance team providers. Elaine also produces a weekly radio show, Healthy Senior Living, which highlights a variety of services and resources that promote the overall health of our seniors.
