Megan Yost is the Vice President, Engagement Strategist at Segal Benz, a consulting firm that helps organizations engage their people and drive business results through effective benefits communication. A recognized thought leader on retirement, financial wellness and employee engagement, Megan has worked with some of the country’s biggest employers to build better employee experiences with retirement benefits, and increase employees’ interaction with them. She is a recipient of a P&I Eddy award, a frequent speaker at industry conferences, and is often quoted in news and industry press. In addition, she regularly shares her insights with policymakers, including speaking on American Benefits Council webinars, presenting on Capitol Hill, and testifying before the ERISA Advisory Council to the Department of Labor. Before joining Benz, Megan was the vice president and head of DC Experience at State Street Global Advisors. In that role, she was responsible for global thought leadership and client and participant engagement for SSGA’s Defined Contribution Team. She holds an MBA from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in English from Colby College.
