Beth Ewing is the Director-Retirement Education and Outreach (REO) at FedEx Services in Memphis, TN. This recently created team is focused on engaging US based FedEx employees in understanding and appreciating the value of FedEx retirement programs. REO’s goals include providing a holistic approach to retirement and financial well-being throughout an employee’s career. Beth has over 32 years of experience in the retirement arena. Prior to the creation of REO, Beth led the Retirement Services department with responsibility for all US based retirement plans. She led a team of 19 professionals who managed the plans covering 250,000 employees. Beth began her FedEx career in Akron, Ohio in 1985. She is married with three adult children. Her passions outside FedEx mirror her career. She is a financial coach at her church and a Director for the Memphis Friendship Foundation; a group of focused on mutual respect between people of all races, cultures and faiths.
