Steve Coughran serves as Director of Strategy for Coltivar Group, a keynote speaker for national conferences and universities, an adjunct professor at the University of Denver, and author of Delivering Value. In his position at Coltivar Group, he helps clients on a broad range of issues including strategy, organizational structure, financial management, and operational effectiveness. Having launched and managed three cross-industry companies including a high-end design-build firm, Steve has gained a deep understanding of the competitive business environment. Through combining executive experience with financial acumen gained from working with million and billion dollar firms at Ernst & Young, he transforms CFOs into leaders of the future. Steve is a CPA and earned his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, MS in Accountancy from the University of Denver, and BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver. Steve advanced his specialization in strategy through study at the Executive Education Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
