Dean Minchillo is a Water Conservation Program Manager at Tarrant Regional Water District where he is involved in a broad range of water conservation and drought contingency activities. Dean has been working in the water conservation arena for public agencies since 2000 shortly after graduating from Texas State University with a degree in Geography and minor study in Horticulture. Currently he serves as a member of the Tarrant County Commercial Horticulture Program Advisory Committee; is a Texas Licensed Irrigator; and is the occasional voice of The Lawn Whisperer on Facebook and Twitter.
