My professional background is in the IT field. My Information Technology career began with DOS 5, which some people out there may remember. It’s been twenty plus years now. My IT career began in the executive offices of the Bank of Nova Scotia in downtown Toronto, Ontario where for eight years I learnt all levels of technology and networks. Ten years ago, was to learn what gaming regulation was. I learnt what was Class II and Class III Indian Gaming. I also learnt that a casino floor is one big network and how Class II technically operated. Over the past decade I have became proficient as a gaming regulator.
