Todd Poehlman PE (WI, MI), SE (IL), received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (Structural and Geotechnical) from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville in 1991. Todd is a Principal Engineer at Wisconsin Public Service where he has worked since 2004 on FERC regulated hydroelectric projects and other power generation projects. Experience includes dam safety inspections and engineering for design and construction phases, Potential Failure Mode Analysis, penstocks, post tensioned anchors, structural stability, Tainter and head gates, cranes, bulkhead systems, as well as heavy industrial and forensic projects.
