Graduate of Ashford University with a BA in Business Administration, Suma Cum laude with a Minor in Project Management. 20+ years’ work in the Defense industry specifically working in the Product Design Engineering / Manufacturing environment. Held several positions including; Engineering Systems Manager, Project Manager, Design / Drafter Manager, Lean Product Design Manager, lead Manufacturing Analyst, and Lean Design / Manufacturing Process Facilitator. At various times was responsible for the development of corporate engineering documentation standards for three different Engineering facilities and was also responsible for the standardization of corporate manufacturing, warehouse, and inventory documentation of five remote manufacturing facilities. This resulted in the migration and standardization of all data from three to into one corporate ERP system. Is currently the Product Manager of WB HRZS systems for the Polyset Co. to develop and manage new high tech coating systems for today’s market.
