Brandon Little, Civil Engineer, BS in Civil Engineering, Washington State University, 2007. Since starting with Grant County PUD in 2008, Brandon was involved in the design, permitting, procurement and construction of recreation sites for the fulfillment of Recreation Resource Management Plan requirements of 2008 FERC License. In 20018, Brandon transferred to the Dam Safety Engineering Group, and was the project lead for the Priest Rapids Right Embankment Improvement Project. In 2020, Brandon took over as the Chief Dam Safety Engineer for the Priest Rapids and Wanapum developments,
