Matthew Woodhall is a Senior Advisor for the Regulatory Support Services group at Southern California Edison. His vast experience over twenty plus years in the electrical utility industry couples construction, regulatory compliance and the biological sciences. This very unique skill set has positioned him to effectively support projects with an understanding of the multiple layers within the overall process. He is currently responsible for the regulatory compliance of eight FERC licensed hydroelectric facilities as well as five unlicensed facilities. He holds a M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University, a B.A. in Biology from California State University at San Bernardino, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration from California Southern University.
