Adam is a project manager with Alabama Power in their hydropower generation group. He has 16 years of power industry experience. A graduate from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a civil/structural degree, Adam has been executing Capital and O&M projects as the Lead engineer for the Alabama Power Hydro generation team including replacement of headgates, stoplogs, spillway gates, installation of Obermeyer gates, turbine runners, generator rewinds, and radar systems over the past 10 years. In November 2018, Adam was selected to be the Alabama Power Hydro Capital Projects Manager with greater responsibility for planning and developing the scope, schedule, and budget for the Alabama Power modernization effort for the 14 stations in the APC hydro fleet over the next 10 plus years.
