Steve Spencer has 28 years experience as a geotechnical and structural engineer with diverse experience in design and construction of marine, foundation and underground projects. Steve managed over $100M in infrastructure and foundation projects in the past 10 years alone has been the lead engineer/manager on more than 75 marine, underground and foundation projects. Steve is a Professional Engineer and holds licenses in WA, ID, OR, HI, and MA. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Ohio University, Athens, OH and an M.S. in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical and Structural Specialization, from the University of Washington.
