Mark founded DeepStream Technologies, an early UK based IoT and 3D electronics hardware company and served as CEO from 2003 until 2009. Mark was responsible for DeepSream’s strategy, business development and venture funding, raising over £24m during this period. Prior to DeepStream, Mark held a number of senior engineering management positions at Lee Panavision and Eaton Electric where he led the company’s connected device and ASIC technology developments both as an R&D Director and later General Manager of a new business unit. During this period Mark established multiple high value patents and raised over £30m in VC and government grant funding. The World Economic Forum named Mark as a Global Technology Pioneer in 2007.
