With over 40 years of hardwood flooring contracting experience and 25 years of experience running his own flooring business, Michael Dittmer is currently Bona’s Tech & Training Field Manager. In 2021 he was honored with the NWFA Wood Floor of the Year Award Winner for “Best in Historic Restoration.” Michael is devoted to providing technical support to Bona’s Territory and Adhesive Managers through Distributor training as well as any specialized training that is needed across the US and Canada.
