Cardolite


Dr. Hong Xu received her PhD from the Dept. of Coatings and Polymeric Materials in North Dakota State University in 2011. Her PhD research focused on developing Cr-free and Mg-rich primer systems. She has more than ten years of experience with Cashew Nut Shell Liquid (CNSL) based materials and currently she is technical service manager in Cardolite Corporation. Her main areas of interests are CNSL-based product development, formulation work including epoxy, polyurethane and waterborne coating systems, coating performance evaluations and technical support.
