Marty Mitchell has 36 years of experience in maintenance, truck and equipment specification, design, purchasing, projects and construction experience. Managing both on and off highway, plant equipment and facility maintenance. Working with industry providers to develop better maintenance practices, products and solutions for the waste industry. Mitchell began his career in the waste industry working as a maintenance supervisor in 1981, progressing to a Director in 1988. Mitchell is especially proud of being a part of the early implementation in California of automated collection and MRF processing in which Mitchell had a part in design, development, construction and maintenance of one of the largest MRF’s in North America at that time in 1992.
